Special Education Teachers
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education is a minimum
- Current Ohio teaching license in Special Education (Intervention Specialist)
- Prior experience working with children with emotional / behavioral disorders
- Ability to write an Individual Education Program (IEP) for students
- Working knowledge of Federal Law IDEIA
- Basic computer application skills

Associate Teachers
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field is preferred
- Prior experience working with children with emotional / behavioral disorders
- Basic computer application skills
One-on-One Aides
- Associate degree in related field is preferred, but not required
- Prior experience working with children with emotional / behavioral disorders
Mental Health Therapists
Provides individual, group, and crisis counseling to students.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Current LISW or PCC licensure
- Knowledge of child and family development, individual / group / family counseling techniques, solution-focused, short-term treatment techniques, and mental health diagnoses (DSM-IV-TR)
- Knowledge and understanding of special education labels used in IEP's
